Hockey Camp Dates

Our daily schedule will be as follows:

8:00 - 9:00
Early Drop Off - This time will be available for parents to drop off their children early before the camp officially begins at 9:00.

9:00 - 9:45
Off Ice Training - Children will be participating in trust activities, team sports, as well as strength and skills training.

9:45 - 10:15
Chalk Talk (Theory) - This time will be used to review all aspects of the game of hockey including, proper dressing, rules and regulations, breakdown of skills, and special teams play. The importance of diet and nutrition will also be emphasized during these sessions.

10:15 - 10:45
Change - Children will be given a full half-hour to prepare for the ice session. Staff will be in rooms providing any necessary assistance.

10:45 - 11:45
Ice Time - Both sessions will focus on integrated skill development - skating skills and puck handling will be taught together. All drills and activities will be modified to the skill level of each program.

12:00 - 1:00
Lunch - Remember, we are a PEANUT FREE CAMP. We encourage paper bag lunches. On Thursday, we will offer a pizza & pop lunch for $4/child.

Ice Time - Same as Morning Session.
